A Little Bit About Us...

Special Needs Toys Australia is now under new management.

In mid 2011 we bought SNTA and continued to build on the great work that was already in place.

We want to remain true to the ideals for this special store that can help you in your journey with your children. Parents, carers, teachers and the community all play important roles in the development of our youngsters, and here at SNTA we hope that we can help you throughout this journey.

The next step in this exciting venture was to open a store so that parents, children, teachers and therapists could touch and explore the toys they wish to use. We are now situated in the great suburb of Revesby, not far from the M5 River Road exit. We hope to see you there, so please, feel free to look around our store to help you make valid choices for your child.

We welcome your suggestions and will listen to your story too, so that it can help us help you.

Annette Borilovic (BTeach)

P.S. As I still teach a few days each week, please be aware that I may not be available to speak with you during business hours, and that if you need to contact me the best possible way is via email. I find this the best way to communicate.

As a teacher, I hope that I can also find toys, tools and more to help your child through his or her educational journey. I will regularly update the cataclogue with items to suit our curriculum, so do check back regularly.

Michelle's Story...

Michelle began SNTA 2009. Here is her story:

As a mother to three wonderful boys, two of whom are Autistic, I found trying to find suitable toys for play and therapy was difficult and time consuming, as well as expensive.

So, after much research and consultation with some wonderful therapists and teachers, Special Needs Toys Australia was created!

My aim was to create a place where parents, friends, teachers and therapists of children with special needs can easily shop for toys and products that help children develop to the best of their abilities.

I believe in the power of play to help all children and offer a selection of products designed to maximise sensory awareness as well as motor, language and cognitive development among children with diverse abilities.

Due to health reasons and family issues, I have had to sell SNTA but I am sure that Annette will conbtinue with the mision that is Special Needs Toys Australia.
