Disc'o'Sit Adult

The Disc'o'Sit is a circular cushion, which can be slightly inflated, giving a degree of instability.

These inflatable seating discs are especially popular for more hyperactive children and young people in school or other places where they are expected to stay sitting for a long time. They improve posture and allow a certain amount of wiggling around without having to get off the chair.

It may be useful where a ball is impractical or not wanted and can also be used to challenge the balance of someone exercising on a ball or alone. By putting one or both feet on the Disc, the base of support is reduced and also made unstable.

The Disc'o'Sit has very good UV and chlorine tolerance, so is also good in the pool as a 'floatie' (though always under adult supervision) and can also be used for walking exercises, challenging balance and for foot/ankle strengthening and mobility.

Measures approx. 39cm in diameter. Colours available are blue or purple.
